Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Build solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, App Engine, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and other ServiceNow capabilities.
- Develop enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, webhooks, import sets, and transform maps.
- Create workflow automation with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Service Catalog.
- Support Now Assist and AI-enabled workflows with appropriate controls, testing, monitoring, and human oversight.
- Perform code reviews, automated testing, release validation, troubleshooting, production deployments, platform upgrades, and operational handover.
- Promote standard functionality and reusable solutions while minimizing customization and technical debt.
- Mentor developers and contribute to engineering standards, platform stability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience, automate manual processes, and deliver business value.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow Studio, or App Engine Studio.
- Experience with ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow product, such as CSM, HRSD, SPM, or App Engine.
- Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or other ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities.
- Proven experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks, or equivalent technologies.
- Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, scoped applications, ACLs, security, and development best practices.
- Experience with code reviews, testing, release management, platform upgrades, and production support.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and explain technical concepts to different audiences.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Professional proficiency in English.
