Responsibilities
- Create reliable, reusable, and scalable frontend and backend architectures for advanced AI systems.
- Lead engineers within cross-functional teams alongside Data Scientists and Product Managers to deploy high-impact software.
- Design project frameworks that balance rapid prototyping with long-term maintainability.
- Act as the technical authority for full-stack development within the delivery unit.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, including support with complex requirements and architectural scoping.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue, with strong UI/UX design ability.
- Solid backend development skills in Python or TypeScript frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django, plus experience managing the full application lifecycle.
- Experience deploying software in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ideally, experience with containerisation tools such as Docker.
- A scientific and pragmatic approach to testing assumptions and balancing strategic vision with execution details.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of problems, collaborate directly with clients, and define technical strategy.
- Strong communication, teamwork, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to learn and apply novel technologies.
