Responsibilities
- Build and maintain multi-tenant embedded finance infrastructure supporting enterprise customers.
- Architect systems that aggregate platform-customer requests while meeting enterprise-grade availability, latency, and throughput requirements across data centers.
- Own cross-domain features involving tax systems, compliance-driven flows, monetization tools, and related business, regulatory, and technical requirements.
- Design enterprise integrations by translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Make architectural decisions that support enterprise sales outcomes and competitive differentiation.
- Develop scalable, maintainable, and production-ready software.
Requirements
- At least five years of software engineering experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Ability to choose appropriate levels of abstraction while balancing flexibility and simplicity in system and component design.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Pragmatic judgment when balancing performance optimization and delivery velocity.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Design, Compliance, and Sales.
- Ability to design for scale, maintainability, and production excellence.
- Fintech, payments, or regulated-industry experience is a bonus.
- Experience with OAuth2.0, API design, or developer documentation is a bonus.
- Solutions engineering or customer-facing technical experience is a bonus.
- Experience building BFF services or API aggregation layers using Node.js or similar is a bonus.
- Comfort taking on scoped backend tasks when useful for delivery is a bonus.
- Strong product sensibility and user empathy, including experience using user research in technical decisions, is a bonus.
