Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust full-stack applications and scalable services across multiple domains.
- Lead system design, API design, data modeling, and end-to-end development to deliver maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define requirements and deliver impactful features.
- Drive technology strategy and contribute across different technical stacks, domains, and platforms.
- Mentor and guide engineers while promoting best practices in coding, testing, and operational excellence.
- Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions safely, securely, and ethically to improve customer and business outcomes.
- Refactor and modernize legacy codebases and architectures while improving performance and maintainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent related professional experience.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong engineering skills, problem-solving ability, and experience building scalable, user-centric products.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, workflows, and AI/ML concepts applied to real-world products.
- Preferred hands-on experience with Kotlin for server-side development and/or React and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Preferred experience with multiple system architectures and evaluating trade-offs for scale, reliability, and delivery speed.
- Preferred track record of refactoring legacy systems and integrating or optimizing AI/ML-enabled production features.
