Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix software problems using sound and creative engineering principles.
- Create and implement shipping-quality code for products, services, or features with guidance.
- Complete software projects collaboratively and document and explain work for team continuity.
- Develop engineering plans based on user requirements and stakeholder feedback.
- Learn and apply team-specific technologies, engineering methods, tools, best practices, and quality and security practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field with at least one semester remaining after the internship, or currently pursuing a master’s degree in the same fields with at least one semester remaining.
- Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Must successfully verify the stated security clearance and pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire or transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Must provide U.S. citizenship verification because of citizenship-based legal restrictions.
