Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design and implement ServiceNow solutions.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, and IRM solutions using architecture-first principles.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable ServiceNow code using scripting, Flow Designer, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot system performance issues and debug and resolve technical problems.
- Conduct code reviews, quality control checks, unit testing, pair programming, and UAT defect resolution.
- Apply ServiceNow development best practices and contribute to solution delivery.
- Guide and mentor other resources.
- Manage priorities and collaborate effectively with virtual teams across multiple locations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
- At least 6 years of ServiceNow development experience expected.
- In-depth ServiceNow ITSM product knowledge and experience with ITOM, Discovery, CMP, Service Mapping, GRC, and IRM.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, low-code/no-code development, and integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow development best practices, automated testing, code reviews, and UAT defect resolution.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively and mentor other resources.
