Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
- Implement OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Apply Salesforce security and data model knowledge to implementations.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders regarding Salesforce solutions and workflows.
Requirements
- Mid-Level role: 4–7 years of experience.
- Senior role: 7–12 years of experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce Platform Development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows.
- Hands-on OmniStudio implementation experience, preferably across multiple projects.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security and data modeling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Financial Services Cloud implementation experience and BFSI domain exposure are preferred.
- Experience with banking, NBFC, insurance, asset management, wealth management, client onboarding, financial accounts, relationship management, portfolio management, or advisory workflows is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II, OmniStudio Developer or Consultant, and Financial Services Cloud certifications are good to have.
