Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-level SharePoint applications and full-stack software solutions.
- Lead development and technical teams and establish software development standards.
- Translate requirements into designs, propose technical solutions, and estimate development effort and timelines.
- Optimize software for performance, security, and quality.
- Develop data, business logic, and user interface layers using the specified technology stack.
- Manage configuration, releases, deployment, change management, testing, quality assurance, and software metrics.
- Take over, review, refactor, and evolve an existing third-party codebase while managing technical debt and regression testing.
- Integrate line-of-business applications with identity systems, external systems, REST APIs, notifications, and document management solutions.
- Collaborate directly with business owners, analysts, and testers on backlog refinement, estimation, and acceptance.
- Produce technical documentation, prototype solutions, develop testing tools, and provide second- and third-line support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Advanced-level certificate in software development relevant to the domain.
- Experience completing at least one full solution lifecycle.
- Expertise developing enterprise-level software systems in the specified technology domain.
- Knowledge of UML and the ability to design applications using UML.
- Proficiency designing and developing data, business logic, and UI layers.
- Experience working in Scrum development.
- Ability to lead technical teams and document technical solutions effectively.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience developing enterprise applications on SharePoint on-premises 2019 or Subscription Edition using SPFx, React/TypeScript, and PnPjs.
- Experience developing custom Web APIs in .NET/C# on IIS and using SQL Server.
- Experience using Azure DevOps Boards, Repos with pull-request workflows, and Pipelines.
- Experience integrating applications with EU Login, SAML, Entra ID, REST APIs, notifications, and document management systems.
- Experience optimizing list-based SharePoint solutions.
- Availability for a knowledge-transfer period overlapping the current contractor's final sprints in November 2026.
