Responsibilities
- Be a technical expert on all aspects of Snowflake.
- Deploy Snowflake following best practices and ensure customer knowledge transfer.
- Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate implementation best practices.
- Maintain understanding of competitive technologies and position Snowflake accordingly.
- Collaborate with System Integrator consultants for successful deployments.
- Provide guidance on resolving customer-specific technical challenges.
- Support the Service Delivery team in developing their expertise.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
- University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
- Outstanding presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
- Understanding of the complete data analytics stack and workflow.
- Extensive hands-on expertise with SQL and SQL analytics.
- Knowledge of large-scale database technologies like Netezza and Exadata.
- Development experience with C/C++, Java, or scripting languages like Python.
- Ability to travel up to 75% to work with customers on-site.
- Fluent in Korean and business level in English.
