Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Java, RESTAssured, and Git.
- Create regression tests and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate testing for new features and existing products.
- Perform API testing for REST and SOAP APIs, integration flows, backend services, and data distribution processes.
- Write SQL queries and conduct database testing.
- Analyze test results and prepare test evidence.
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and collaborate with developers, analysts, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
- Mentor less experienced team members in test automation.
- Use AI and GitHub Copilot to improve test automation efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in automated software testing, preferably in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodology, including test planning, test design, test execution, defect management, regression testing, and continuous quality improvement.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Java, RESTAssured, and Git for test automation development.
- Experience testing REST and SOAP APIs, integration flows, backend services, and data distribution processes.
- Experience writing SQL queries and performing database testing.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly Jenkins and/or Bamboo.
- UI testing experience with Selenium or Playwright is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, testing coordination experience across multiple teams, and knowledge of test management methods.
- Advanced English proficiency.
