Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-performance trading systems.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and developers.
- Utilize hardware performance counters and profiling tools to improve application performance.
- Understand and discuss modern computer architecture.
- Work on fast-packet processing and kernel-bypass implementations.
Requirements
- Experience with low-level systems programming and optimization.
- Ability to work on network applications requiring low latency and high throughput.
- Understanding of modern computer architecture, including cache hierarchies.
- Experience with fast-packet processing in user space is ideal.
- Familiarity with managed runtime performance challenges and typed functional languages is a plus.
