Responsibilities
- Build full-stack web and mobile experiences using technologies including JavaScript, React, React Native, Java, Spring, SQL, Kafka, and AWS.
- Design technical solutions for complex problems involving multiple users and systems while maintaining an intuitive user experience.
- Deliver high-quality features using automated testing, monitoring, feature flags, and other engineering practices.
- Participate in code reviews, peer feedback, knowledge sharing, and a high-trust team environment.
- Collaborate with product, program, and operations partners to coordinate feature rollouts.
Requirements
- Have 1–3 years of experience developing full-stack, customer-facing applications.
- Have experience with React and React Native for user interfaces.
- Have experience developing large-scale applications backed by relational databases, including Java, Spring, Hibernate, and Postgres.
- Have experience using AI code-generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
- Demonstrate curiosity, willingness to learn, and interest in developing technical and project leadership skills.
