Responsibilities
- Understand software requirements, system flows, data usage, work processes, and product designs.
- Develop, modify, test, debug, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases while automating software validation processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend performance or system improvements.
- Translate client requirements into feasible software designs and collaborate with analysts, functional teams, project managers, and engineering staff.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, and project status updates.
- Ensure code quality, error-free implementations, adherence to project coding norms, and timely delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with clients to capture requirements, obtain feedback, resolve queries, and support customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, implementation, MIS reporting, and release-plan adherence.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn programming languages, best practices, and relevant certifications.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning Components.
- Ability to analyze requirements, design software solutions, write code, debug applications, and conduct software validation.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, analysts, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Ability to prepare clear technical documentation, reports, status updates, and code comments.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle activities, troubleshooting, quality assurance, deployment, and monitoring.
