Responsibilities
- Lead prompt engineering and context-management strategies for conversational agents.
- Integrate, deploy, and optimize modern language models.
- Build and monitor data pipelines for conversational interaction analysis and continuous response-quality improvement.
- Manage the full conversational-agent lifecycle from requirements gathering through delivery of a functional product.
- Query and use large databases to provide agent knowledge and maintain metric consistency.
- Use monitoring tools, LLM observability pipelines, and ontology design to support agent performance.
Requirements
- Experience with generative AI, RAG architectures, and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Knowledge of relational and mass-scale databases such as BigQuery and MySQL, as well as vector and graph databases.
- Experience with cloud services and Google ADK for deploying scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of orchestration tools such as n8n or Airflow and modern development environments.
- Experience with conversational-interaction monitoring tools, LLM observability pipelines, and ontology design.
