Base Salary
$156k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own our AWS environment end to end, including VPC architecture, ECS, RDS, and cost optimization.
- Define and improve reliability practices such as SLOs, observability, and alerting.
- Lead incident response for reliability and security events from detection to resolution.
- Define and enforce policies for identity, secrets, data handling, and production access.
- Partner with engineering to embed reliability and security into the SDLC.
- Run our security program, including SOC 2 readiness and audits.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform, or security engineering.
- Hands-on ownership of production AWS infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Experience improving reliability in production environments.
- Experience running or supporting a SOC 2 program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
