- Strong experience in building production-grade software focused on backend distributed systems.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous architectural problems into actionable plans.
- Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong debugging skills, especially for revenue-critical systems.
- Collaborative communicator with a curiosity for AI tools and emerging technologies.
