Responsibilities
- Own and collaborate on end-to-end implementation and migration projects for SMB and enterprise customers.
- Serve as a functional lead, architect, configurator, or stream lead across Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions.
- Lead meetings with senior IT and business stakeholders and guide architectural and best-practice decisions.
- Act as a technical authority, mentor internal teams, and support implementation partners.
- Remain hands-on by configuring solutions, fixing complex issues, and helping teams resolve deep technical problems.
- Translate ambiguous customer and technical challenges into clear solution plans and drive them to completion.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in IT consulting or architecture for implementation projects.
- Strong consulting experience with the ability to establish best practices and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and own complex technical outcomes.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
- Ability to travel approximately 20%.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Preferred experience building, configuring, and architecting on Veeva Vault, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce Force.com.
- Preferred proficiency in SQL, MDL, and Python.
- Preferred experience with IQVIA, SAP, CVENT, or other vendor software.
- Professional fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer health, or an adjacent industry is preferred.
