Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Design to define and build user experiences across the full stack.
- Own and evolve frontend and backend architecture for scalability and performance.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex frontend systems using React and Next.js.
- Design and build robust backend services and APIs in Python with Django.
- Establish full-stack engineering standards and best practices.
- Drive cross-team technical initiatives aligning architecture with product strategy.
- Identify technical risks and opportunities, providing clear direction.
- Mentor engineers to improve code quality and delivery practices.
- Implement robust testing across the full stack.
- Define and monitor full-stack metrics to inform decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend development technologies.
- Proficiency in backend development using Python and Django.
- Experience with frontend architecture and performance optimization.
- Experience designing and operating scalable backend systems.
- Experience with production applications using server-side and client-side rendering.
- Deep understanding of software engineering best practices.
- 4+ years of industry experience in frontend and backend development.
- Experience in cloud-based environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
