Base Salary

$175k - $225k/yr

Responsibilities

Build agent tooling used by engineers, quants, and traders.
Integrate new models, coding agents, and agent harnesses as the ecosystem evolves.
Build infrastructure for inference, configuration, integrations, tracing, and access controls.
Develop AI tools and interfaces for role-specific workflows across the firm.
Improve the performance and reliability of shared services and model inference systems.
Prototype agent applications for research, simulation, and trading.
Work directly with users to understand workflows and guide product development.

Experience building software with LLMs and agents, including tools, context, orchestration, and model APIs.
Familiarity with coding agents and tradeoffs among models, providers, and harnesses.
Proficiency or comfort working in Python, C++, and/or Java.
Experience building software used by engineers or end users.
Ability to work across application code, developer tooling, infrastructure, and user-facing software.
Ability to take ambiguous problems from idea through production.
Hands-on experience building personal projects or experiments with this technology.
Model evaluation or benchmarking experience is preferred.
Inference optimization, fine-tuning, or post-training experience is preferred.
Experience with financial markets, trading, quantitative research, market data, simulation, or backtesting is preferred.

Salary range of $175,000—$225,000 USD plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
Most teams except Trading follow a hybrid workplace model, subject to change based on business need.
