Responsibilities
- Launch Bugbot features end-to-end, including feature definition, UI development, backend integration, and model-behavior iteration.
- Evolve the review pipeline through prompting strategies, model routing, context selection, and agent orchestration.
- Build integrations that embed Bugbot into engineering workflows.
- Monitor precision and recall, triage false positives, improve observability, and maintain review quality and reliability.
- Design onboarding and adoption flows that move teams from installation to daily usage.
- Own Bugbot’s features, integrations, review pipeline, onboarding, configuration, and AI code review user experience.
- Partner with ML, infrastructure, and product teams to inform model improvements, roadmap decisions, and system scaling.
Requirements
- Experience building or working on agents integrated into code review or CI/CD workflows.
- Experience shipping full-stack product features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and model integration.
- Strong focus on developer experience and collecting evaluations from customers and internal users.
- Ability to balance rapid learning and shipping with maintaining trust in the product’s suggestions.
- Experience launching products or features to external users and owning onboarding, documentation, feedback, and iteration.
