Responsibilities
- Design secure, resilient, scalable, and highly available AWS cloud architectures for business-critical applications.
- Define reference architectures, architecture patterns, cloud standards, best practices, and governance.
- Translate business and client requirements into scalable technical solutions and support client onboarding.
- Assess application landscapes and define cloud modernization and migration strategies, including rehosting, replatforming, and refactoring.
- Ensure solutions address scalability, resilience, observability, performance, security, and cost optimization.
- Review technical designs, identify architecture gaps, and provide technical direction across multiple teams.
- Act as a senior technical advisor and escalation point while mentoring technical teams and contributing to product direction.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in cloud architecture and enterprise solution design.
- Deep hands-on expertise in AWS, including compute, storage, networking, security, and managed services.
- Experience defining architecture governance, standards, patterns, and reference architectures.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, integration patterns, and distributed architectures.
- Experience with cloud modernization, migrations, cloud tooling, and release governance.
- Ability to lead through influence and provide technical direction across multiple teams.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior executives, clients, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in the cards and payments domain is a strong advantage.
- Based in Poland and fluent in English.
