Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated test scripts according to coding standards.
- Develop, review, execute, and document test cases and automation scripts with traceability to requirements.
- Develop test automation frameworks using Selenium, SpecFlow, Playwright, Python, and related tools.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Test web applications, WPF applications, APIs, and Sense UI.
- Perform functional, system, integration, end-to-end, regression, performance, load, and reliability testing.
- Create test plans, configure test environments, and ensure environments replicate production settings.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and collaborate with development teams on corrective actions.
- Evaluate and improve testing processes, methodologies, and team efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology, or vocational education in Information Technology or equivalent.
- BE/BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 6 years of software testing experience with a strong focus on test automation and leadership.
- Proven experience as a Test Lead, Test Architect, or Senior QA Lead.
- Strong API and interface automation experience using C#.
- Hands-on experience with Req and Roll, Selenium, SpecFlow, Playwright, Postman, REST, C#, Java, Cucumber, and Behave.
- Experience with performance, load, reliability, system, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with defect management tools such as CQ.
- ISTQB Foundation certification.
- Skills in scripting and automation, requirements analysis, software testing and validation, test planning, test execution, documentation and reporting, process improvement, and system integration testing.
