Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable Python-based test automation frameworks and infrastructure.
- Validate SAN and block-storage features through test design, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
- Develop functional, integration, stress, and scale tests for distributed storage systems.
- Drive automation-first testing and improve code and test coverage across components.
- Analyze failures, debug issues across software and system layers, and drive root-cause resolution.
Requirements
- Strong Python programming skills are mandatory.
- Experience with system-level testing and debugging of distributed systems.
- Understanding of Linux/Unix systems, multithreading, and system internals.
- Experience creating test automation for scale, performance, and stress scenarios.
- Familiarity with test infrastructure and modern development workflows.
- Strong debugging skills across software and system layers.
- At least 2 years of related experience is typically required.
- Experience with storage technologies is a plus.
