Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable, extensible Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.
- Lead Salesforce architecture for core implementations and transformation initiatives involving Agentforce, Data 360, LWC, Flow, Apex, APIs, and reporting.
- Apply AI capabilities to improve automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows across Salesforce.
- Translate complex Salesforce concepts into actionable designs for non-technical stakeholders and developers.
- Represent and deputize for the Salesforce function in director-level forums and decision-making processes.
- Drive initiatives independently, anticipate challenges, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Sales Ops, and other architects to support cohesive delivery.
Requirements
- At least six years of Salesforce architecture and development experience.
- At least six years of Salesforce Lightning Experience and declarative tools experience.
- At least six years of experience with Lightning Web Components, Aura, Apex, Flow, APIs, and reporting.
- At least one year of Agentforce experience.
- Essential experience with OmniStudio and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience with Agentforce and Data 360.
- Significant large-scale implementation experience in a fast-paced change environment.
- Proven experience in fintech or financial services environments.
- Salesforce Technical Architect certification.
- Platform Developer II certification.
- Consulting background is preferred.
- Experience with Agentforce Revenue Management, formerly Revenue Cloud, is desirable.
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, MuleSoft, and Power BI is desirable.
- CPQ and other specialist certifications are preferred.
