Responsibilities
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute engagement strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and expert Solutions Architect to drive product adoption.
- Enable clients through workshops and develop customer-facing collateral.
- Translate field-derived insights into strategic recommendations for product teams.
- Act as a tier-3 escalation point for complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- 6+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role.
- Proven ability to co-plan large territories with Account Executives.
- Experience collaborating with Global System Integrators and consulting organizations.
- Proficient in programming and problem-solving using SQL and Python.
- Hands-on experience building solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Broad understanding of data engineering, data warehousing, AI, ML, and app development.
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- Track record of driving complex projects to completion in fast-paced environments.
