Responsibilities
- Lead the operation and evolution of production-grade Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments.
- Define and drive GitOps strategy and standards, mentoring teams on best practices.
- Architect and establish Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code standards.
- Lead platform observability strategy and incident response processes.
- Partner with application teams to onboard services and improve developer productivity.
- Design and establish security control standards that meet compliance requirements.
- Drive integration of platform capabilities with continuous integration pipelines.
Requirements
- Experience operating and evolving production Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments.
- Experience designing and running GitOps-based continuous delivery workflows with ArgoCD or similar tools.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, including reusable modules and drift detection practices.
- Ability to write and maintain automation using a scripting language like Python or Bash.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and related platform patterns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including mentoring and documentation.
