Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a small portfolio of strategic accounts in EMEA.
- Lead technical issue resolution end-to-end, partnering with Support and Engineering.
- Guide customers in extending Solo.io products for modern AI workloads.
- Proactively drive product adoption by identifying new use cases.
- Consult on architectural best practices and operational excellence.
- Design and deliver tailored training sessions and workshops.
- Champion customer needs within Solo.io for actionable feedback.
- Partner with account teams to manage technical risk and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect or Customer Success Engineer.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes and service mesh.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies.
- Proven track record managing technical relationships with enterprise customers.
- Excellent troubleshooting instincts in complex production environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Comfort with scripting or programming for diagnostics and automation.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
