Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences using automation tools.
- Build and maintain enriched prospect lists for relevant outreach.
- Own the infrastructure for detecting buying signals and routing them to sales reps.
- Manage automated follow-up sequences for stalled deals.
- Ensure CRM health through data validation and integration monitoring.
- Develop systems for upsell detection and churn risk management.
- Evaluate and manage AI-powered GTM tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth marketing or revenue operations in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Clay, n8n, or Zapier.
- Fluency in data enrichment tools at scale.
- Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations; scripting skills are a plus.
- Experience with CRM administration and understanding of data quality.
- Fluency with AI tools applied to GTM workflows.
- Cross-functional experience with sales and customer success teams.
