Base Salary
$176k - $264k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for the self-service spend management platform.
- Architect and write code for key initiatives like flexible budget controls.
- Build relationships with engineers and partners to execute the product vision.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the spend management system.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
- Utilize GenAI tools to enhance product capabilities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in .NET and AWS or equivalent cloud technology.
- Ability to integrate generative AI tools into workflows.
- Understanding of building and scaling business-critical back-end services.
- Strong bias toward correctness and reliability in money-moving systems.
- Excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed.
- A mindset of humility and respect for all team members.
