Responsibilities
- Own high-severity customer issues from detection to resolution.
- Conduct deep-dive debugging across multiple layers of the infrastructure.
- Analyze telemetry signals to identify systemic risks before they escalate.
- Collaborate with Product Engineering to implement fixes and improvements.
- Document diagnostic procedures and share insights to enhance operational readiness.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a similar technical support role.
- Strong foundation in networking and security principles.
- Proficiency with observability and diagnostic tools.
- Strong scripting and automation skills in languages like Bash and Python.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical information.
