Base Salary
$91k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Operate and improve large-scale distributed systems powering Clinical AI Assistant services.
- Build automation to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
- Improve observability through metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
- Participate in production operations, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
- Build self-healing infrastructure and operational tooling.
- Support Kubernetes-based services and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Partner with software engineers to improve reliability before production deployment.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and platform engineering standards.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Production Engineering, or related infrastructure roles.
- Experience supporting production systems in cloud or distributed environments.
- Strong Linux fundamentals and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containers, or cloud-native infrastructure.
- Scripting or software development experience with Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and CI/CD workflows.
- Understanding of monitoring, alerting, and observability concepts.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance.
- Helpful experience includes OCI, AWS, Azure, large-scale distributed systems, AI/ML platforms, observability tooling, and regulated or high-availability environments.
