Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end agents for KYC onboarding, credit assessment, and portfolio-management workflows.
- Implement grounded RAG pipelines with ingestion, chunking, indexing, reranking, citations, freshness strategies, and access controls.
- Integrate agents with internal services, APIs, case-management tools, knowledge bases, and data services.
- Engineer structured outputs, guardrails, refusal and fallback patterns, and robust error handling.
- Build evaluation and regression testing using golden sets, quality and safety metrics, telemetry, and feedback loops.
- Deliver operational readiness through monitoring, alerting, audit logs, incident-response runbooks, and cost and latency optimization.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and InfoSec on controls for sensitive KYC and credit information.
Requirements
- Deliver agents that materially reduce manual effort and cycle time in onboarding and credit workflows.
- Produce grounded, explainable outputs with traceable citations to approved documents and data.
- Achieve stable production operations with SLA adherence, low incident rates, and clear runbooks.
- Establish reusable agent patterns, including RAG templates, evaluation harnesses, and guardrails, across squads.
