Responsibilities
- Define, build, and implement a Generative AI Agent platform supporting priority banking services from discovery through production rollout.
- Architect agent orchestration, workflow design, tool and function integration, memory and state management, skill registries, and reusable platform patterns.
- Drive platform adoption through reference implementations, onboarding pathways, APIs, SDKs, templates, documentation, and governance.
- Define platform success metrics and SLOs, implement observability, run evaluations, and optimize reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery execution by managing scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, and cross-team blockers.
- Advise senior leadership on technical options, value, risk, cost, trade-offs, and delivery plans.
- Assess GenAI and agent-platform advancements and lead pragmatic upgrades that maintain security, compliance, and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong Python, Java, or Golang skills and experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to deploy and operate production services; Docker and Kubernetes experience are preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience building and shipping LLM or GenAI applications.
- Experience with agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, tool or function calling, RAG, search, vector databases, and agent tooling or integration patterns such as MCP.
- Deeper subject-matter expertise in at least one of performance monitoring, agent governance control, agent identity, harnesses, agent SDKs, or agent policies and guardrails.
- Ability to articulate a vision for agent platforms and concrete best practices for creating skills, agents, or MCP tooling.
- Strong English and verbal communication skills, problem-solving ability, and effectiveness with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to apply AI-driven approaches, including coding assistants, to improve productivity, quality, and engineering practices.
