Responsibilities
- Partner with product engineering teams to identify system requirements and resource products appropriately.
- Build and support cloud-based infrastructure for microservices.
- Automate routine processes and remediation tasks.
- Develop, monitor, and track Service Level Objectives for managed systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues from support staff, engineering teams, and automated monitoring systems.
- Maintain datastore health and optimize performance.
- Plan for future infrastructure growth and scalability.
- Mentor and guide team members and contribute to the engineering team’s culture.
Requirements
- Background in infrastructure, operations, or software engineering.
- Experience with public cloud providers such as GCP and production systems in Linux environments.
- Proficiency with configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and ElasticSearch.
- Knowledge of Apache Kafka and distributed event stores or stream-processing platforms.
- Experience with Python and Bash scripting is beneficial.
- Strong technical skills across infrastructure technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, break down complex tasks, and build strong relationships with peers and leadership.
- Fluency in English and current residence in, plus eligibility for employment in, France.
Benefits

- Annual salary of EUR 65,000 to EUR 80,000.
