Base Salary
$153k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the API services framework, server tooling, and generated artifacts that produce Go SDKs, CWIC commands, and Terraform resources
- Design and ship proto and API contracts while applying schema evolution and backwards-compatibility practices
- Help author and enforce CoreWeave API Standards in CI
- Improve developer experience, ergonomics, release cadence, and quality across the CLI, SDKs, and Terraform provider
- Work across authentication and identity contracts, including access keys, service accounts, JWKS, mTLS, and OIDC
- Advise other teams on designing and shipping consistent APIs and services
- Drive team-level technical initiatives to completion and mentor junior and mid-level engineers
Requirements
- Production experience writing Go
- Experience designing and evolving APIs, including versioning, backwards compatibility, and deprecation
- Experience building or maintaining SDKs, CLIs, or infrastructure providers such as Terraform, Pulumi, or Crossplane
- Track record of owning a project or initiative end to end and operating independently
- Ability to communicate clearly about technical contributions and collaboration
- Preferred experience with code-generation pipelines, templating, AST manipulation, compiler work, or plugin work
- Preferred experience with gRPC and protocol buffers or another strongly typed API/IDL toolchain
- Preferred familiarity with Buf, ConnectRPC, the Terraform Plugin Framework, or Cobra
