Responsibilities
- Develop and support Power Apps Canvas Apps for business-process automation and data management.
- Build solutions using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and other enterprise data sources.
- Design and maintain Power Automate workflows, integrations, reusable components, and Power Fx logic.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in solution design, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
- Apply Power Platform governance, security, data governance, regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in architecture reviews and technology governance processes.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, and transformations, and maintain SSRS reports.
- Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations and support ETL processes using SSIS.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise databases and business systems.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders on digital-transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or an equivalent combination.
- 5–6 years of Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
- Strong SQL and relational database knowledge, with experience using SharePoint, SQL Server, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
- Experience with SSIS, SSRS, and legacy Microsoft reporting technologies is an asset.
- Exposure to AWS and/or Microsoft Azure is an asset.
- Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Power Platform ALM, solution management, environment administration, governance frameworks, REST APIs, and system integrations is preferred.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications and experience delivering solutions in large enterprise environments are preferred.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management, KYC, Cybersecurity, Change Management, data governance, and information-security standards is preferred, particularly in banking or regulated industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder-management, prioritization, ownership, and accountability skills are required.
