Responsibilities
- Investigate complex security cases to understand abuse mechanisms and guide mitigation or detection strategies.
- Act as the technical Incident Commander during major crises and coordinate technical workstreams.
- Provide clear, data-driven incident updates to stakeholders.
- Create and refine SOAR playbooks and Python-based tools to automate repetitive security operations.
- Analyze large datasets to identify emerging threat trends, improve detection, and quantify risk.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Incident Response Analyst or Specialist handling investigations in complex, high-scale environments.
- Deep understanding of security vulnerabilities, attacker tactics, techniques, and procedures, including MITRE ATT&CK, and modern remediation methodologies.
- Hands-on incident-response and incident-management experience in cloud infrastructures such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong Python and SOAR platform skills for building automated response workflows.
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings in clear, actionable reports for technical peers and executive leadership.
- Proficiency in understanding and speaking English for global collaboration.
