Responsibilities
- Design and support complex SailPoint IIQ orchestrations, Okta policy frameworks, and Directory Services integrations.
- Architect and deploy self-healing workflows, automated access recertification pipelines, and AI-driven governance tools.
- Lead technical onboarding, reverse-shadowing, and knowledge transfer for Brazil team members.
- Oversee SOX control execution and audit readiness across the identity stack.
- Lead post-incident reviews for access outages and policy failures and drive permanent automated remediation.
- Partner with US architectural leads and Legal, Risk, and Security teams on platform continuity, escalations, and compliance.
Requirements
- Strong experience in IAM engineering or IT operations leadership within enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ, including BeanShell, rules, and workflows.
- Experience with Okta API orchestration, Active Directory architecture, and OAuth/SAML protocols.
- Strong Python, Java, and PowerShell programming or scripting skills and experience building automated workflow pipelines.
- Interest in agentic engineering tools, custom AI prompts, and automated reasoning models.
- Business-level English fluency and demonstrated cross-functional leadership capability.
