Responsibilities
- Design Salesforce architectures using object models, API concepts, governor limits, sharing rules, profiles, role hierarchies, and enterprise security controls.
- Develop and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and asynchronous processing.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, Metadata, and Streaming APIs and middleware tools.
- Manage Salesforce data import, export, backup, restore, archive, migration, and related tooling.
- Gather requirements, perform business analysis, and create and deploy solutions to end users.
- Communicate effectively with business and delivery teams and present data and solutions.
Requirements
- Require 8+ years of industry or CRM experience, including a minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience.
- Require experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Require deep knowledge of the Force.com platform, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and asynchronous processing.
- Require extensive knowledge of advanced integration methods and middleware tools.
- Require knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange, data management, data migration strategies, and enterprise security compliance.
- Must already possess a Salesforce Developer, Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud certification.
- Require experience in Agile/Scrum environments using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git.
- Require strong business analysis, requirements gathering, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and data presentation skills.
