Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize scalable machine learning infrastructure for large language model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Build abstractions that automate steps across machine learning workflows.
- Build and productionize infrastructure supporting state-of-the-art models and large-scale production services.
- Build and scale machine learning systems, microservices, and ETL pipelines.
- Collaborate with engineering, data infrastructure, data analytics, machine learning, and product teams to deliver features.
- Drive best practices in machine learning and data engineering.
Requirements
- 12+ years of industry experience in machine learning, infrastructure, or related fields.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Hugging Face, or LLM serving frameworks such as vLLM or TensorRT-LLM.
- Experience building and scaling end-to-end machine learning systems.
- Experience building scalable microservices and ETL pipelines.
- Expertise in Python and experience with a performant language such as C++ or Go.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics, or an equivalent field.
- Interest in machine learning and software engineering research publications.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration experience.
