Base Salary
$167k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve product features for the Auto Secured Personal Loan product.
- Design customer-facing funnel improvements and eligibility logic.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate tradeoffs in customer experience and risk.
- Develop scalable engineering solutions for future product expansion.
- Contribute to the team's technical direction and execution standards.
- Support high-quality delivery in a regulated environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience in designing, building, testing, and deploying production software systems.
- Experience developing customer-facing product features or backend services.
- Ability to work with cross-functional partners and make technical tradeoffs.
