Base Salary
$145k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead software and platform bring-up activities for radar systems.
- Validate end-to-end system configuration across various components.
- Troubleshoot integration failures involving system configuration and software deployment.
- Debug issues related to BIOS settings, RAID misconfiguration, and Linux service failures.
- Own configuration and validation of Linux timing and synchronization services.
- Support deployment and validation of software configuration stacks.
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 networking for test environments.
- Maintain new test racks and STE environments.
- Develop scripts and automated validation workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers to isolate faults and drive issues to closure.
- Help design and execute automated test workflows for system verification.
- Develop and maintain automated UI tests for radar web interfaces.
- Document integration procedures and debug guides.
- Support lab and field test events as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 3+ years of experience in systems integration or a similar technical role.
- Experience with scripting or programming for automation using Python or Bash.
- Strong Linux system administration experience in Ubuntu or similar environments.
- Experience configuring and debugging Linux services and networking.
- Experience troubleshooting computer system bring-up and platform configuration.
- Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals.
- Ability to debug complex technical issues methodically.
- Strong documentation skills for technical procedures.
- Attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.
