Responsibilities
- Build, train, and integrate reinforcement learning agents into high-performance runtime systems.
- Enable real-time autonomous decision-making in flight.
- Contribute to the reinforcement learning stack by implementing and improving multi-agent reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge ML/AI into production systems.
Requirements
- Hold an MSc in machine learning with a focus on reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, automation, or robotics.
- Possess excellent communication skills for reporting and presenting research findings.
- Stay updated with current research and enjoy reimplementing state-of-the-art Deep Learning approaches.
- Have solid software engineering skills, writing clean code in Python or languages like Rust, Java, or modern C++.
- Experience deploying AI software to production, including testing, QA, and monitoring.
