Responsibilities
- Integrate customer upstream systems such as WMS, WCS, and MES with ACS through APIs.
- Design and validate business logic that implements customer operating processes in ACS.
- Develop and test integrations with conveyors, elevators, doors, and other facility systems.
- Collaborate with Robotics Field Engineers on map configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and system validation.
- Document site-specific implementations and support handoff.
- Analyze recurring patterns across sites and provide feedback to the core engineering team.
- Lead technical decisions and respond quickly to changing field conditions.
Requirements
- Senior candidates must have at least 4 years of software development experience and 1–2 years of customer-facing or on-site delivery experience.
- Junior candidates must have at least 1 year of software development experience, including internships or projects.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, such as Python, Golang, or Java, is required for senior candidates; junior candidates need basic Python or Golang development ability.
- Senior candidates must have experience integrating external systems through REST or gRPC APIs.
- Senior candidates must be able to independently handle requirements definition, implementation, and validation.
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
- Candidates must be able to travel domestically and internationally and work on-site for extended periods.
- Preferred qualifications include logistics, manufacturing, industrial automation, AMR/AGV, WMS/WCS/MES, MQTT, event-driven architecture, system integration, site deployment, or team-management experience.
- English CV submission and basic English workplace communication ability are required.
