Responsibilities

  • Integrate customer upstream systems such as WMS, WCS, and MES with ACS through APIs.
  • Design and validate business logic that implements customer operating processes in ACS.
  • Develop and test integrations with conveyors, elevators, doors, and other facility systems.
  • Collaborate with Robotics Field Engineers on map configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and system validation.
  • Document site-specific implementations and support handoff.
  • Analyze recurring patterns across sites and provide feedback to the core engineering team.
  • Lead technical decisions and respond quickly to changing field conditions.

Requirements

  • Senior candidates must have at least 4 years of software development experience and 1–2 years of customer-facing or on-site delivery experience.
  • Junior candidates must have at least 1 year of software development experience, including internships or projects.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language, such as Python, Golang, or Java, is required for senior candidates; junior candidates need basic Python or Golang development ability.
  • Senior candidates must have experience integrating external systems through REST or gRPC APIs.
  • Senior candidates must be able to independently handle requirements definition, implementation, and validation.
  • Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
  • Candidates must be able to travel domestically and internationally and work on-site for extended periods.
  • Preferred qualifications include logistics, manufacturing, industrial automation, AMR/AGV, WMS/WCS/MES, MQTT, event-driven architecture, system integration, site deployment, or team-management experience.
  • English CV submission and basic English workplace communication ability are required.
