Responsibilities
- Scale the partner engineering function by collaborating with sales and customer success teams.
- Manage developer onboarding processes for customers.
- Own and maintain customer-facing documentation.
- Develop new features based on specific customer requests.
- Shape the direction of the engineering team and set standards for teammates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner engineering or a similar customer-facing engineering role.
- Experience writing and maintaining API documentation for complex technical products.
- Willingness to engage in full-stack product development.
- Proven ability to take ownership of key initiatives and deliver results.
- Experience leading teams or projects and mentoring others.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
