Responsibilities
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear agentic problems with success criteria.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the development and evaluation lifecycle.
- Lead the design and delivery of LLM-powered agents with enterprise-grade reliability.
- Balance rapid iteration with enterprise requirements for stable solutions.
- Define and apply evaluation standards to measure agent performance.
- Debug agent behavior and improve workflows and tools.
- Mentor engineers across distributed teams.
- Drive clarity and alignment in engineering quality across the organization.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to build and operate production-grade software systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-based agents in real-world applications.
- Familiarity with modern LLM ecosystems and robust failure handling.
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience working with customers to deliver LLM-powered solutions.
- Proven technical leadership in guiding complex AI system delivery.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
