Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-workstream customer engagements in Korea from scoping and discovery through launch, adoption, and handoff.
- Shape Services scope, effort estimates, implementation strategy, timelines, deliverables, and outcomes during pre-sales and delivery.
- Facilitate discovery and architecture workshops, drive executive alignment, and communicate technical tradeoffs and difficult decisions.
- Design scalable Notion architectures and AI-native workflows, including permissions, AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop controls, integrations, and operational ownership.
- Determine when Notion should own, complement, or connect to existing systems and orchestrate Forward Deployed Engineers, partners, and internal teams.
- Lead change management, champion programs, phased rollouts, enablement, adoption, and long-term customer value realization.
- Coach architects and partners while developing reusable reference architectures, packaged solutions, and localized enablement for the Korea Services practice.
- Convert customer and field patterns into product signals that influence the Notion roadmap.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology services, consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including workflow mapping, operating-model analysis, pain-point identification, technical-constraint discovery, and future-state design.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve business workflows.
- Proven experience delivering AI-powered workflows or agents for customers in production.
- Technical depth in data modeling, permission design, APIs, integration patterns, agent design and evaluation, enterprise security and governance, and data validation with SQL or scripts.
- Experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management, and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills covering scope, timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, risks, decisions, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Experience scoping Services work, estimating effort, and delivering within agreed commercial boundaries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence, customer judgment, trust-building, tradeoff framing, and decision-making in ambiguous situations.
- Experience coaching consultants or architects and building methods, reference architectures, or packaged services.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
- Preferred experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents, developer platform workflows, large Korean enterprises, implementation partners, or high-growth technology environments.
