Responsibilities
- Become a trusted, embedded member of the customer’s technical team.
- Follow the customer’s change-management process for modifications.
- Design, configure, and optimize Cloudflare solutions within the customer environment.
- Implement changes, build prototypes, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
- Provide proactive architectural guidance and best-practice recommendations.
- Produce necessary documentation for delivery and handoff.
- Lead technical workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Act as the voice of the customer within Cloudflare.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Recognized expertise in applications, network, or Zero Trust/SASE.
- Strong networking foundation with expert-level understanding of OSI model, TCP/IP, and HTTP.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and troubleshoot complex solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in APJC, ideally within Korea.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deliver results.
