Base Salary
$120k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, test, debug, document, implement, and support software solutions.
- Deliver high-quality software on schedule while following Broadridge SDLC and Agile processes.
- Develop program logic for new applications and analyze or modify logic in existing applications.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines across different environments.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and contribute technical solutions to software development projects.
- Troubleshoot production issues, participate in technical design sessions, and understand dependencies across the processing stack.
- Provide project estimates and recommend scope or schedule changes based on capacity and unforeseen challenges.
- Guide more junior associates through established processes and collaborate across teams to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience with commercial software architectures at both software and infrastructure levels.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Python, Kafka, APIs, and RDBMS technologies.
- Experience using AI and language models in the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with application development lifecycle, Agile development, system design and architecture, and DevOps or deployment automation.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and support business strategy and vision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with teams and upper management.
