Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI agents for workflow automation, including prompt design, tool usage, and response handling.
Integrate LLMs into applications and build backend services, REST APIs, and automation pipelines.
Develop intuitive, responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
Test AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and edge cases; debug workflows and resolve integration issues.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features.
Write clean, reusable code, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers.
Apply current AI and LLM developments and implement security measures for data protection and industry compliance.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, ML, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of progressive programming experience using technologies such as Python, Java, Kotlin, or Node.js.
Strong experience designing and maintaining REST APIs and microservices.
Strong command of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript, including ES6+.
Experience with React, Remix, Angular, or Vue.js and state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
Proven experience designing and implementing scalable AI agents and LLM-based automation platforms.
Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP fundamentals, with experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, or Keras.
Deep understanding of full-stack development principles, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Advanced English proficiency.
